    We strive to deliver your orders on time, but delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as high order volumes, weather conditions, or courier delays. If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email with an updated delivery timeline. You can also track your order status in real-time using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.


    To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at sales@apakaproducts.com  as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.


    If you need to modify your order (e.g., change the size, color, or shipping address), please reach out to us immediately at sales@apakaproducts.com. We can only modify orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is shipped, modifications cannot be made.

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log in to your account on our website and visit the "Order History" section to track your order. If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact our support team for assistance.

    To request a refund, please contact us at sales@apakaproducts.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for the refund request.
