To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at sales@apakaproducts.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.
If you need to modify your order (e.g., change the size, color, or shipping address), please reach out to us immediately at sales@apakaproducts.com. We can only modify orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is shipped, modifications cannot be made.
